Shipping Policy
Standard shipping is shipped through USPS. Due to COVID-19, shipping may vary. Lux Mink Brazilian Bundles, Lux Products, and Lux Units are usually on hand; please allow 1-4 business days to ship. All packages are shipped Priority.
For Lux Raw Indian Bundles, please allow 4-10 business days to ship. Hair is shipped directly from India.

Pickup & Delivery in Atlanta are available. Please make this selection during checkout.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not granted. All orders are final. Once you have placed your order, it will be shipped within the shipping policy with 100% satisfactory. Any issues with your orders will be resolved personally.
